Staves come straight from disassembled bourbon barrels with the original char on one face and clean oak grain on the other. Beloved by woodworkers and craftspeople for benches, chairs, wall paneling, accent furniture, and a hundred other custom builds. Each stave is unique — slight variation in length, width, and the color the bourbon left behind.

Bourbon Barrel Rings

The solid steel rings that hold the staves together. Original to the barrel, with the patina that only comes from years of sweating in a Kentucky rickhouse. Bourbon Barrel Heads
The round oak top of the barrel — perfect for decor, tabletops, lazy susans, or barrel-cabinet shelving.
A barrel head is the round end-piece of a bourbon barrel, made from several oak boards held together by wooden dowels. Customers mount them as wall medallions, build them into coffee tables and lazy susans, or use them as shelves inside barrel cabinets. Heads are authentic and fresh from the distillery, so we recommend gluing and finishing before use.
