Staves, Rings & Heads
The pieces that built the barrel — sold individually for woodworkers, pitmasters, and makers.

Bourbon Barrel Staves
Individual oak staves — the curved planks that built the barrel — sold by the piece for woodworkers, smokers, and makers.
Staves come straight from disassembled bourbon barrels with the original char on one face and clean white oak grain on the other. Beloved by woodworkers for cutting boards, wall paneling, knife handles, and accent furniture. BBQ pitmasters use them as smoke wood. Each is unique — slight variation in length, width, and the color the bourbon left behind.

Bourbon Barrel Rings
Iron barrel hoops, cleaned and refinished — ready for crafts, light fixtures, and farmhouse decor.
The iron rings that hold the staves together — wire-brushed, sealed against further rust, and stocked in three sizes (head, quarter, and bilge). Customers turn them into chandeliers, wreaths, picture frames, plant trellises, and pot racks. The patina is original — eight years on a sweating barrel earns a color you cannot fake.

Bourbon Barrel Heads
The circular oak top of the barrel — often branded with the distillery mark — for wall art, tabletops, and signs.
A barrel head is the round end-piece of a bourbon barrel, made from three to five oak boards held together by wooden dowels. Many of ours carry the cooperage or distillery brand burned right into the wood. Customers mount them as wall medallions, build them into coffee tables and lazy Susans, or paint them as custom signs.
